OUR STALLIONS
AND GELDINGS
Lucky Four Brass Buttons "Buttons"
Sorrel Leopard Appaloosa Stallion
Registration: AMHA
Foaled 3/17/98
Height: 32"
Sire: Lucky Four Star Rookie
Dam: Lucky Four Link's Lyric
Very nice little stallion.
His sire was one of the
mainstays of the Lucky Four Appaloosa program
and I have been told that his dam was one of the
most beautiful apps that they ever had.
I am not
planning to breed anymore or would not consider
letting him go.
$2500.00
Double HS Son of A Bug "Bugsy"
Bay Pinto Stallion
Registration: AMHA, AMHR
Foaled: 5/19/91
Height: 28"
Sire: Sooner States Jitterbug
Dam: Marshalls Lil Brandi
Bugsy is the favorite of everyone that visits here
because of his spunky attitude. He thinks he is
major stud! Under halter he is a complete
gentleman, though.  He is very easy to handle. He
consistently throws small babies.
(He is a little chubby in this picture)
Wild Horse Desert Little Cowboy "Cowboy"
Dark Red Dun Stallion
Registration: AMHA, AMHR
Foaled: 2/2/2007
Height: 29"
Sire: Double HS Son of a Bug
Dam: Bettes Acres Cookies and Cream

Cowboy is a gorgeous little stallion. He is very
refined and has a great temperament.  He is listed
as a red dun, but he is more of a mocha color with
a dark brown dorsal stripe.  In the spring of 2010
we will breed him to just a couple of our girls for
2011 foals.
For Sale $2000.00
Wild Horse Deserts Domino Effect "Domino"
Black Appaloosa Stud Colt
Registration: AMHA, AMHR
Foaled: 3/27/2008
Sire: TBarTs Brave Cherokee Feather
Dam: Bear's Little Autumn

Beautiful little stud colt and very sweet.  He has
been a joy to train and work with.  He should
mature at about 33".  I am hoping to make a nice
little cart horse out of him.  He has a very nice trot
like his sire.
Wild Horse Desert Easter Morning "Pasqual"
Sorrel Pinto blue eyed stud colt
Registration: AMHA
Foaled: 3/23/2008
Sire: Double HS Son of a Bug
Dam: Windy Knoll Farms Apache Queen

This was our Easter morning surprise, hence the
name.  He is a beauty with blue eyes and "paw
prints" so, we believe, he is homozygous.  (DNA
testing is pending.) He is a funny little guy and
probably will not top 28" at maturity.
TBarTs Brave Cherokee Feather "Feather"
Black Appaloosa gelding
Registration: AMHA, AMHR
Foaled: 4/21/2002
Height: 34"

Feather is awesome.  This boy has major
personality.  We agonized over having him gelded,
but he sires taller babies and we like them little.
My choice was to sell him or geld him. I couldn't
sell so....  He has a beautiful trot and we are in the
process of retraining him to the cart. He is very
personable and is just a hoot. He is also gorgeous
and looks great under harness.
Wild Horse Desert Scamp
Bay Roan Appaloosa Gelding
Registration: AMHA
Foaled 4/02/07
Sire: TBarT's Brave Cherokee Feather
Dam: JTR Lil Star
Sweet temperament and very friendly.  Would
make a nice little driving horse. Will probably
mature at 34-35" so he may lose his AMHA
registration.

$800.00
HCM Navajos Riverdance "River"
Blue Roan Appaloosa
Foaled: 4/4/2001
Sire: X-Calibar's Little Navajo
Dam: NFC Dark Call Girl

This is a very nice little gelding. His father
Navajo earned twelve national titles in color,
halter and harness and Reserve National Senior
Stallion. River has the sweetest temperament and
is great under harness.  This is not a great picture
of him. He is a little chubby in this picture, but we
have him down to his correct weight now and are
working to get him back in to show shape.
Wild Horse Desert Shadow Dancer "Shadow"
Bay Pinto
Height: 30"
Foaled: 6/18/2006
Sire: Birdsongs Buttons
Dam: Windy Knoll Farms Apache Queen

This is our "puppy wanta be". He is extremely
curious and loves to be with people. He would love
to be a "house horse".  He is being trick trained right
now in hopes of becoming a therapy horse.
